JR. FAIR CLUB DISPLAY & CONTEST GUIDELINES

Back to Our Roots n' Cowboy Boots
1. Each club must furnish its own supplies for constructing the display. All displays must fill the back wall. (roughly 8’x8’)
2. No commercial items or slogans are allowed!
3. PLEASE NOTE:
- Should be “selfie stations” and as such should only utilize the back wall (Backdrop style).
- No display is to have hay or straw on floors, and the front should not be enclosed.
- Only pins and thumbtacks are to be used. The exhibit should not be fastened higher than the display back.
4. EXHIBIT SET-UP—Set up displays on Sunday from 9 am to 8 pm and Monday from 9 am to 12 pm. Judging will be completed by Monday evening.
5. EXHIBIT BREAKDOWN—Teardown cannot start before 6:30 pm on the Sunday following the fair. All displays must be removed by Monday at 5 pm, and pins, tacks, papers, signs, and streamers must be removed.
